Pack Your Items
Securely place the instrument or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, tags, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Stringers
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
